Is there a free trial?
No. We do not run a free trial and we do not pretend to. The seven day money back guarantee is your test window.
How many channels do I get?
We do not publish a channel count. Numbers in this trade are not verifiable, and the providers contradict each other. Ask us about the channels that matter to you before you pay.
Can I see the channel list before I pay?
Ask us. We answer before you order, not after.
How fast do I get my access details?
We send them once the payment is confirmed. The exact moment depends on when we are online.
One connection, several devices
Can two people watch at the same time?
Not with one subscription. One connection is one stream. Two people at the same time need two subscriptions.
Can I move the subscription to another device?
Yes. Install the app on the new device and enter the same access details. One device streams at a time.
Do I need a VPN?
No. Some viewers use one for their own reasons. We do not require it and we do not sell one.
Legal questions
Is IPTV legal?
IPTV is a way of delivering television over the internet. Whether a service is lawful depends on the rights behind it. We do not own the channels and we do not hold broadcast rights. The rules differ by country, so check the situation where you live.
Is IPTV blocked in the United States or the United Kingdom?
We cannot answer that for your line. If a stream does not open, write to us and we go through the setup with you.
Do you sell channels or packages of channels?
No. We provide an IPTV service and we support it. We do not sell channel packages and we do not hold broadcast rights.
Money and terms
Does the subscription renew on its own?
No. It ends with the term you paid for.
Do I have to cancel anything?
No. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews.
How does the guarantee work?
Seven days from activation. Write to us, we work on the setup with you, and if we cannot solve it you get your money back. The conditions are in the refund policy.
