Terms of service
These are the rules that come with a subscription: what you get, what you pay, how long it runs and when you get your money back.
What the subscription includes
Access to an IPTV service for the term you paid for, setup help on WhatsApp and support during the term. One connection, which means one stream at a time.
Term and renewal
The subscription runs for the term you chose, one, three, six or twelve months. It does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel. When the term ends, the subscription stops.
Prices and payment
14.99 EUR for one month, 39.99 EUR for three months, 59.99 EUR for six months and 83.99 EUR for twelve months. Prices are in euro. Your card or PayPal converts at the rate of your bank. There is no setup fee.
Money back guarantee
Every subscription includes a seven day money back guarantee, counted from activation. Write to us, we work on the setup with you, and if we cannot solve the problem you get your money back. The conditions are in the refund policy.
What is not allowed
Passing the access details to other people. Reselling the subscription. Using it for anything other than watching it yourself. Access that was passed on is not covered by the guarantee.
What we do not provide
NoFreeze provides and supports an IPTV service. We do not own the channels and we do not hold broadcast rights. We do not sell channels or packages of channels, and we do not sell hardware.
Availability
A stream depends on your line, your device and the source. We do not promise streams without buffering and we do not promise a resolution for every channel.
Changes to these terms
If something changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. For a running subscription the terms you agreed to stay in place.

No. It ends with the term you paid for.
Can I share my access details?
No. One subscription is for one household and one stream at a time.
Which law applies?
That depends on the operator named in the imprint and is settled in the binding version.
