Open Settings on the Fire TV Stick and go to My Fire TV
The entry is called Settings, then My Fire TV. On older sticks it reads Device.
You need two things, an IPTV subscription and a player app. Install the player on the Fire TV Stick, then enter the access details we send you. Menus differ between app versions, so the names below may look slightly different on your screen.

Switch it on for the Downloader app only. You do not root or unlock the device.
The app is free.
We send you the address in the same chat as your access details.
The app asks for your login on first start.
Xtream Codes asks for username, password and server address. The M3U link goes into one field.
The first load takes longer than the ones after it.
Menus differ by app version. We describe the route, not a screenshot of your screen.
| App | Why it |
|---|---|
| IPTV Smarters Pro | The simplest route. Handles Xtream Codes and M3U. |
| TiviMate | A fuller programme guide and better favourites. |
| VLC | Useful to test a single stream when something looks wrong. |
We support these three apps. See the apps page for the list, or the IPTV Smarters Pro setup for the route in detail.
Try these in order. Restart the app. Restart the Fire TV Stick. Check whether other apps still load. Move the Stick closer to the router or use a wired adapter. Write to us if none of that helps.
We do not promise streams without buffering. A stream depends on your line, your device and the source.
No. You do not root the device. You allow installation from unknown sources for one app.
IPTV Smarters Pro is the simplest. TiviMate has the better programme guide.
Yes, one at a time. One connection means one stream.
In most cases one field in the access details was typed with a mistake. Send us the app name and the exact error message. Do not send your password.
