Some channels and some films run in 4K. Which ones depends on the feed and can change. We do not promise a resolution for a named channel, and we do not sell 8K. What we can tell you is what decides whether 4K arrives at your screen.
What decides whether you see 4K

What we do not claim
No 8K. No resolution promise for every channel. No promise of a bitrate. Providers in this trade advertise 8K and a picture quality that nobody can check on the buyer's line.
How to test it in the guarantee window
You have seven days from activation. Pick the channels you care about, look at the quality setting in your player and watch during your normal hours. If the picture does not meet your expectation, write to us and we work on the settings with you.
Does 4K cost more
No. Every plan carries the same service. Only the term changes.
